Annmarie Fairweather is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Learning Ally, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our People, Talent, and Culture processes. Annmarie is a highly skilled Human Resources leader with 30 years of experience having worked in various industries working with managers and teams to increase the effectiveness of business and outcomes, especially in times that are characterized by rapid growth and transformation through focusing on establishing an aligned, coordinated, and effective a global people strategy. She's been an expert in the field of thought, helping integrate business and person strategies into corporate goals and strategic plans through managerial and organizational management as well as employee engagement and change management. She is passionate about education and believes in leadership and team growth as the key competitive advantage. Annmarie has been working in Fortune 500 companies and small to mid-sized enterprises, helping them develop coaches and leaders with proven results. It was through this experience that she helped build an environment that was open to the concept of learning and innovation, as well as transforming for the good of people and teams. Annmarie was inspired to give her talents as well as her time to assist in supporting Learning Ally's mission. When she has time off she provides assistance for a variety of non-profit groups. These include being an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee a group committed to helping women become leaders by providing workshops to members of the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership organization within North America with the specific mission to provide training networking and advocacy specifically for health care hospitality establishments and providing support to Shatterproof an international non-profit organization focused on reversing the dependency problem within the United States in educating communities in helping those in the grip of addiction.
